No. Automatic posts are off until you turn them on, and with “Review new posts before they go live” every new post waits as a draft for you. Link and refresh edits to live posts are saved as revisions you can undo.

Yes. Connect a domain or subdomain you own and we'll tell you exactly which DNS records to add. Buying the domain itself is up to you.
